Anticipated launch in 2008

This rating system addresses buildings where there is a large amount of tenanted space that the owner/developer is not responsible for interior finishing. These buildings include speculative office, retail, owner-occupied buildings and mixed-use buildings where some of the space is left empty for future expansion or intended for future lease.

Until this product is available in Canada, Canadian projects should apply directly with the USGBC for LEED-CS projects.
