Maia Becker has worked both locally and internationally for the Forest Stewardship Council in the areas of certification, marketing, membership management and educational resource development. She holds a Master's in Forest Conservation from the University of Toronto, and an advanced post-graduate diploma in business from the McRae Institute of International Management. Ms. Becker works on a daily basis with architects, manufacturers and government agencies to create partnerships, spread awareness, and improve market mechanisms within the green building sector.
