Doug Webber's engineering career began in construction where he worked as a superintendent for a number of predominant construction companies including John Lainge in the UK and Eastern Construction in Toronto. In the early 1990's he started his own construction management company and worked on innovative green projects including the CMHC Toronto Healthy House. Mr. Webber has been with Halsall since 1999 where he has actively helped develop their sustainable design expertise and corporate ethic.
